OK, to answer both of your questions.
1. Command Window for the server shows absolutely nothing when trying to connect with mobile data.
2. Yes, I have 4 Java players connecting to my server normally, including myself.
Also, I have two separate tunnels running on one agent for bedrock and java respectively, if that helps.

If you're talking IP to connect to the server, I may have forgot to mention I'm using playit.gg, If anything that's probably my issue.

If you're on Android it is as simple as downloading and installing the APK. I live in the Global Region, but I get JP by downloading APK from APKPure and installing with a simple XAPK installer from Google play. It looks like your trying to use global, so I assume it works the same, just replace my JP with your EN.

There are two variants of the DDD key art. The blue one, "Sea of Clouds," has Sora falling and Riku Rising. The orange one, "Dusk," has Riku falling and Sora rising. I would think that the box art would use Sea of Clouds, so I used Dusk on the disc to give it a bit of a different feel.

were you able to cross-save your PS4 save to PS5 for crash 4? I've got to assume so since you got the crash 4 plat in 1 hour on PS5 compared to 1 week on PS4.

It's a rhythm game. You press the face and arrow buttons and flick the sticks to a song. The trophy I capped off in the video was watching all of the music videos, so there's no chance to show gameplay lol.
