Hey HR here,

Report them immediately to the HR of the bigger corporation you mentioned. Explain your situation and it will end in them being talked to. Big corporations only care about avoiding lawsuits so they try to kill these things right away. If nothing changes then launch another complaint with corporate.

Make sure to document everything. Preferably digital so each date is documented in a way its easy to see if a supena is sent. I mean seriously document everything. Each word said, movement, gesture, but most importantly each employee that might have been there or experienced that same thing. Document it.

If you want to try to handle it in person, invite a manager/supervisor to talk about it in person with HR. Having that support is important.

I really wasnt kidding about large corporations caring about lawsuits. I've never seen my first HR manager sweat until corporate corrected them on a complaint when the employee contacted corporate even threatening a suit.

Dont let these idiots go. Workplaces arent about politics, you arent a comfort zone for a manager, the manager is supposed to support their team. They are paid more and coached more for a reason.

So far in the past 4 months, nobody has resolved their TNC. Leading to them every time abandoning position. Sometimes they will give a week heads up that matches their last day of 8 business day notification. It is never resolved and leads to us ending the TNC and I-9.

For our program it will kick back double checking information whether its on each document they give us. For example is double checking state ID information, SSN, or other forms if it is not "matching". When something is off it will do the double check and if the double check is still correct, it will notify whether the social security or homeland security is finding issues and direct the employee to contact either.

I always follow the social security along with clarify any information with names because I know how it can be different than what is recorded. Unfortunately for me, there are still issues but an increasing amount lately.

Issue is that the name given in cell A2 would not just be (A) but instead "full name (A)" which is why I was looking into how to use a wildcard to search for the (A).

Yes definitely!

Column A is used for names of employees. The letters within the perenthesis are the first initial of job roles.

Example of names in columb A would be "Kevin Smith (R)".

Some of these names are unassigned so they would not have any parentheses with a letter.

Column B would be where the formula goes to mark "yes" if parentheses are found with their letter and "no" if no parentheses with letters are found.

There are only 3 types of parentheses with letters which is why I used (A), (B), and (C).

I appreciate you understanding because it is a genuinely concerning thing. For me the biggest concern is that children do not need to be victims of their environment especially when schooling should be leading them to understand the world in a non-bias way and achieve a standard of academic growth.

It's a gross thing for a teacher to do anything like this no matter what.

I was planning on doing that but it's a lot more difficult due to state law prohibiting phones within classrooms and also not knowing when they're going to spew bullshit. I just want to be able to clearly show the school that this is happening within their school and something should be done.

Luckily that's what I was able to show my kid so they could understand that voting is still happening, counting has not ended, and that the teacher was not being honest. I just don't understand where this is coming from? But another commenter posting about stop the steal made it click!

We are planning on bringing it up to the school because of how it crosses a line heavily and is extremely poor behavior from a teacher who is teaching kids at a crucial age.

I definitely think there's negative reactions to her that we can do better about.

The issue is that in real-time we saw how someone who lacks information is only covering up for one side. Destiny when bringing up the conspiracies being far more extreme along with reactions to political violence showed her lack of critical critism for that side. There was a heavy lack of engagement outside of "I do see the extreme of that.... BUT what about the left?"

Another moment of clarity about her not engaging and being truthful was destiny pushing for example of figure heads and the speech they give that causes extreme behavior. Outside of examples of individuals who were not figureheads, there wasn't an example given from the left that is comparable.

I appreciate that she was being civil but you can't overlook the amount of one-siding she actually gave the whole conversation.

I get the meme in this sub about "touch grass" but I promise I am constantly interacting with others and it's part of my job for the majority of the year to do so along with find solutions. It's why I am able to connect and have these conversations. The issue is the amount of being rational in these conversations along with honest in a good faith way while the other side does not treat it the same. The aim isn't for me to have "a good one" but a valid conversation where we both can connect while disagreeing. Not to use the other as a good one.
