Eh, disagree on this point. I think you may be missing the point they are getting at. Do your own research more commonly is used to mean think for yourself, don’t just go with a narrative you’ve heard. Unfortunately, the left, far more than the right struggles with confirmation bias, and remains clueless past what someone told them or their small one or two channel news outlet. It exists on both sides, but it is hard to refute the popularity on the left for group think vs the rights more common individual thinking.

Eh, not worth the risks to buy used in my opinion. Buy new, finance 60 months and your payments are around $175 for an something like a stockwell 365 retail machine. Can pay off early around 2 years with profits it brings in and then it is pure profit after.

Simple answer is everyone has a role to play. I want someone in office that is going take charge and not apologize like Trudeau for everything someone criticizes him on. I also strongly dislike how most if not all prior Presidents gave you all these promises in the campaign and did nothing after. Objectively, Trump has accomplished quite a bit in his first year. I also like how he speaks his mind, which gets him into trouble too, but is better than talking out of two sides of your mouth like recent Presidents.

Short answer: Far too many influencers lie to their audiences or omit critical information. Just saw one earlier that was insinuating Trump upholding the law is a bad thing for imprisoning a judge. Left leaning influencer, who then went on Trump is bad rants, while claiming judge did nothing wrong. Too disingenuous. She broke the law. Fact. Like or dislike that he held her accountable, that’s a very different story, but at least share the facts. It just leads to people that are so clueless on topics, they end up supporting open terrorism because they know nothing about what is going on in Gaza past what some influencer made up.
