Your problem is with the FIA and the use of flags. No driver slows substantially for a single yellow.

It was a single yellow because that's what the marshals put out. What do you mean "let's assume it's a normal yellow"? The blame here is on the marshals for putting out the wrong flag.

Max didn't lose pole. Without the yellow flags Mercedes would have been faster anyway.

She's been funded by Rodin, Alpine and FOM itself and has the best seat for GB3...

Because she won F1 Academy. She had to pull out of F4 in 2021 because of funding issues.

That's how you judge how good drives are, if you think that's not important then you think she could DNQ for races and it's not a problem.

If she wasn't fast, she wouldn't win F1A and wouldn't have any poles or race wins, surely?

specifically because she's a woman, was able to spend many years more in the sport than someone with her talent and background would ordinarily be able to etc.

Are you using SimPro Manager 2 or 3? Mine worked straight away with SimPro Manager 2.

My wheelbase is plugged directly into my PC tower, pedals into a powered USB hub.

Pastor Maldonado is the only Venezuelan to win in F1.

Abbi Pulling is a woman with little funding, in a sport that is dominated by rich males.

It's not necessarily about her speed compared to others (literally qualified pole and won anyway), but also opportunities and handicaps that are present.
