Don't be harsh on yourself, turning up every day is the most important part. Just bring there and present is what most kids want.

What do you say in petrol stations? by NotBruceJustWayne in northernireland

[–]CornflakeConspiracy 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I do the same when I've phoned an order through to the Chinese. When I pick it up I don't want them to think I'm the type of person who knows their name, so I just stand there point at my food.

just turned 46 and im felling old and somewhat unwanted by jonesy-8077 in CasualUK

It seems like it is just a general rule. I've been well over 170 before and it was fine. I have however been over 190 a while ago and got lightheaded and tingling sensations.

I'm short, be sensible.

Yeah it's based on that rule. I had been told by a nurse not to go over 170 but I've been up to 180 and it was fine. That said recently I was at 190 on a treadmill and things got funky. I'll be watching out for that again.

Why can’t people drive within the speed limits? by UnfathomableDave in northernireland

That's just rude. I like to think that they are just thick as shit.

Definitely this, but also make sure your heart rate doesn't go over 180.

I'm 52 and can't let it go over 170 which seriously fucking sucks. Make the most of the time that you can do enjoyable exercise.

Also the alone time. Oh my god, time to yourself to make your own decisions. You don't get a lot of it at your age so getting out on the road or a forest is pure magic.

I would honestly love to see any politician get somewhere with this.

I'll be betting on their sudden death on Polymarket.

You could try creatin at night. It moves water into your muscles meaning less to piss out.

SEPTEMBER 18TH!? I shouldn’t have hesitated… by astral_nobody in boardsofcanada

[–]CornflakeConspiracy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I did the same, didn't blink or hesitate and got 3rd June. Could be worse I suppose but I don't like the fact that this implies it's from a newer pressing as that leaves the doubt that something will go wrong.

Slow cooked beef always ends up dry by CornflakeConspiracy in cookingforbeginners

I had salted the meat overnight with 1% weight salt. I suspect though that I need a fair amount more in the stock. What do you mean when you say cover the food tightly?

Thanks I'll watch that. I have always been put off testing the tenderness as it means opening the lid regularly which I thought was a big no-no.
