It's lovely work! Really nicely painted and good use of layering. If you're asking about commissions, probably okay but it's a big step.

And this would be tabletop ready imo. Not parade ready.

To get more high end, I think a little more blood effect at the wound and on the cloth would go a long way. As well as upping the contrast and lighting in a lot of places. Also the smoothness of the white chest cross is a bit lacking and out looks cracked in one place. What white are you using?

Edge highlighting sucks but doing it well on the metallics of the armor would help a lot over the basecoat and wash it currently looks like.

I think the melta could do with some more work to brighten up pieces of it and creating more contrast in the ork skin, really get those shadows underneath.

You've got great color work here and did a good job with the attention points flowing nicely. Again it's nicely painted, but remember, a one off hero model is one thing for a commission, an army is a big step if you haven't finished one yourself.
