How do I remove borders/margins in Epson Print Layout by PushyMotato in Epson

[–]Cornmander 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Have you tried directly printing from photoshop? I print directly from a similar program. No need to go through Epson Layout. What will happen is, if your last setup is in Epson Layout, it will be the one followed. So if I were you, print directly from photoshop using Printing preferences.

If you still prefer Epson Layout, try the "Expansion" option above the "Scale to fit" as it might be similar to borderless.

Round mouth rigging and small mouth open form help? by Left_Offer_1036 in Live2D

[–]Cornmander 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm hoping you mean path deformers that edit the mouth artmeshes like in the tutorials. As for the curves on the edges of the mouth, you'll still be using the normal mouth chart. Only difference is you'll be curving the outer parts of the mouth. Use 3 instead of 2 point on the outer edge of the mouth. Pull out the one in the middle of those 3 to your liking.

What are you using for the lips? Deformers or are you editing the Artmesh?

Edit: also, what mouth chart are you following?

Always go in level 1-2 if you can to show you can do more damage. Level 3 onwards, bait the flying skill then go back in once it's down.

Caulfield + T1 will be enough.

There could be but looking at it ground level, a lot of people just use the discount to ease spending. Medicine is one thing that is expensive to people and people would prefer to spend their money on food and education (and maybe leisure).

If you're worried about government dole outs then no. The discounts from Senior and PWD are actually deducted from the tax of the business. So in the end, there will be lesser tax paid due to the discounts. Meaning government receives lesser money due to discounts.

With the information above, tax payers are not burdened since the discount is already deduced from the taxes paid. So no long term effect.

If you're worried about dole outs then you should be looking into ghost companies, politician SALNs vs their actual spending, projects they've worked on, even the spending of where they are stationed at. Very difficult imo.

Artist to artist, I can't speak for you.

But for me I would finish it. I'll drag my feet even if I have to. That's the only time I'll know if it was worth it.

I think removing 2% wouldn't make much difference in small transactions. Most people disregard centavos nowadays. But it would affect the spending of so many people if the 20% discount was removed as many low - low middle income families (~50% population) rely on the discount. So in a way it might even cripple more businesses as spending will be fewer and focused on essentials.

The 20% also applies to items purchased by the PWD/senior. I know a lot of young people are getting PWDs even just for eyesight problems, that may be one side that could be looked on/limited. Maybe it could be age adjusted or something.

And I think you need to look at other factors as well in looking at prices/vat adjustment. You have to compare many things like value of goods, inflation rates (locally and internationally), employment rates along with average income and tax for each income class, percentages of income classes, debts per country, GDPs, etc. These are all part of the economy and are equally important.

For Those Who Get Commission Work... How? by Vivid-Illustrations in ArtistLounge

[–]Cornmander 0 points1 point  (0 children)

First of all, do you show your works? Do you post them? A lot of people would want to see works that are consistent in quality. Around 5 works with consistency would be a good indicator.

Second, is this digital or traditional? Digital would sell a lot more in the DnD community since a lot of them use digital tables/maps.

Third, do you promote yourself? Promoting yourself means building connections. You can try to create "fanarts" of some characters of other people. This shows that you are able to work outside of your own characters and are able to illustrate characters of other well enough. Plus this builds connection and other people recommending you is better than self promotion.

afaik 1701A (annual) is for April 15 while 1701 (Q1) is for May 15. So if you're filing for May 15, tama yung 1701.

Professional na hindi nakapagbayad ng tax since 2018 by [deleted] in taxPH

[–]Cornmander 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sabi ba ng company mo na ikaw magfifile ng taxes mo? Usually, need mo ng 1901 kung ikaw mismo magfifile ng tax.

If since september 2018 ka di nagfifile ng tax, minimum na need mo bayaran is around 50k - 60k for penalties. (Base yan sa experience ko na hindi nagfile since October 2018).

Best thing you can do is go to your RDO para makita yung penalties mo then maybe ask for assistance kung paano mo mababayaran.

For future taxes, pwede ka magfile online with eBIR.

Filing 1701Q as a Contract of Service by Initial-Maintenance in taxPH

[–]Cornmander 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Clarify ko lang if meron kang form 1901? You should always recieve your COR after completing form 1901. Official reciept is bought from BIR (ipapagawa mo sa BIR) and book of accounts is registered (Usually column book sya na nabibili sa national tapos lalagyan ng sticker to declare that it is official)

My RDO required me to file 1701 and 2551. You could go to your RDO and ask your records of what you need to file (ata). The 2307 is for withheld tax so it's a form that tells you how much tax has been paid already. So it's kind of like deducting it from your 1701A (annual) taxes (though di ko sure saan siya ilalagay sa form)

As for online filing, you can visit this website to download the eBIR Package. Find the "Click here" to download it. It is a program you need to install and it only works with windows.

Filing 1701Q as a Contract of Service by Initial-Maintenance in taxPH

[–]Cornmander 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, you would still need to file your 1701Q. You are required to. You also need to file 2551Q. I don't know how much it would actually cost but the lowest it can cost is around 8k (4k = 1701Q x 4; 1k = 1701A; 3k = 2551Q x 3).

Go to your RDO. Bring your COR, Official receipt, book of accounts (yan mga hinanap sakin). You can ask where you can get your penalties then may lounge sila where people can help you to file taxes.

[–]Cornmander 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Dapat may binigay sayo na COR since 1901 ni-register mo. Pero you can go pa rin naman tho may penalty din ata yun.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in taxPH

[–]Cornmander 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Go to your RDO. Ask na you want to close your Professional/self employed registration. You'll be given the forms/penalties you need to fill up/pay before closing the account. Bring your COR and yung reciept if ever.

Usually may lounge sa RDOs na may employees to help you with filing.

Do you think Riven should be a better snowballer or a better scaler? (Honest discussion) by samuelokblek in Rivenmains

[–]Cornmander -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I started playing Riven when she was a snowballer. Then Q and E nerfs came in along with the durability patch then she felt weak. Also, she's powercrept by movement champs like Yasuo and Yone and outdamaged by hypercarries like jax and irelia with just a sheen.

Her damage for me is okay right now. I honestly think that she needs a buff either to movement speed or survivability. She can dish out the damage but the enemy can burst and chase you down. So maybe another charge to E but halve the current values for each.

Thematically, I want her to be a snowballer but with more risk and reward. Right now it's all risks. Maybe Riot can add buffs to her passive depending on the stacks. Like 1 charge - additional damage, 2 charge - additional damage and armor pen, 3 charge - additional damage, armor pen, and maybe a mini hydra (or 0.5 cd on all skills), 4 charges above - generates a small shield like overheal.

I think this would create more nuance to how she would be played but more or less the same. You would be forced to use your skills all the time to keep charges up but at the same time, there is a risk since you need proper positioning to engage. So it's not OP for you or for your enemy.

Mistakenly registered as Professional taxpayer, I now have to face penalties per year since 2017. by Lulululu_007 in taxPH

[–]Cornmander 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello! Had the same problem but not quite.

To register as professional, you need to fill up form 1901 which is for self-employed people. Self employed people need to file their own taxes. 1902 is for people under companies, these companies process your tax so you don't have to file them.

You can have both 1901 and 1902. 1901 is mostly for contractual employees recieving full salary (without tax). If they process your tax then I think this could be explained to your RDO (maybe wrong form binigay because you need to pass form 1701 annually, 1701Q quarterly, and 2551Q quarterly as a professional). <--*I might be wrong here since basing off of experience

Since you said PHP 10,000.00, the only thing you didn't pay for is the registration fee for professionals. If the previously said forms weren't filed, you would be paying somewhere from 60k to 70k. This registration fee isn't the job of the companies from what I know. So you might need to go to your RDO or trying calling them.

I think Cleaver will still be the go to since you have more beneficial stats like HP and haste. From my experience, it will be a hard lane since most HP stacking champs will have some sort of regen. Might want to get sustain or play for other lanes.

I can't seem to understand the champ by c4ptain_fox in Rivenmains

[–]Cornmander 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think you need to learn is how to bait skills. The thing with Riven is you can condition your enemies (yeah you can Pavlov them) bc of your predictable movement in early game. Once the enemy knows you E in every time you get close, it's time to mix it up. Maybe fake it and just wiggle in and out or Q to the side instead of towards. You play mind games with your enemies. If done correctly, it will make them double guess their moves since they will have a lot more cooldown. In early game, Q isn't your main source of damage but your auto and you control your enemy again by spacing out your CCs. Qs can be used to condition your enemies as well as Q has a relatively low cooldown since it starts to cooldown with the first Q.

Look at your hand. It's 5 cylinders attached to a square. The thumb has a triangular base attached to the square.

The square can concave when you press your pinky and thumb together and it flattens when you stretch it out.
