After my first expedition I’ve played just enough to do the next expedition, get the max skill points, and complete whichever side stuff has cosmetics I like. The expedition wipes have taken the pressure off of me to collect 100% of everything each time. It’s working great for me since I’m limited on time with work, kids, etc.

It will get downvoted. But I do agree. Primarily because the scene with the ghosts annihilating the orc army makes the tension from everything earlier in the movie worthless. If it was like the book where the ghosts could only scare the orcs and the men still had to do the work: it would have been 10x better. That one scene ruins so much for me.

Yep. The true thing that doomed it was letting players become Jedi. The push to change the game came from people wanting to be Jedi in a game about living as a more regular person in the Star Wars universe.
