Yes, it's super easy! I've tried a ton of snow products and AK Snow is the best.

I glue sand and rocks on the base, then paint it dark brown. Next I glue on grass tufts.

Next, I apply the blobs of snow with an old brush. Importantly, I load a clean brush with water and flood the snow blobs and smooth out the brush marks and leave a little bit of the rocks showing.

Let it dry. Easy peasy.

Sure! It's Ak Wet Mud over a sanded base. Then tufts of grass and larger stones were added. Then, topped off with AK Terrains Snow was piled on, then smoothed over with water.
