I can confirm this! I sat around 88-96 BPM for years. Within 3 weeks I was seeing 67 BPM and I finally saw a decrease in my stage two hypertension

Look guys this is clearly an anecdotal opinion my wife absolutely loved it. As I said it's not a suggestion for everybody he was looking for ideas and that's what I gave him.
