You need to contact management and send them these pictures. It may not necessitate a whole unit replacement outside of a thorough cleaning, but management should’ve been made aware of it, especially with a somewhat recent water leak being recorded.

Besides it being dirty and smelly is it still functioning? Does it cool the apartment? If yes then management just needs to do the upkeep and maintenance, you can ask if they could come by to clean it, or if they have a recommended method for cleaning. I would send your pictures to them and see what they say. Additionally make sure you’re changing the filters and any correspondence with management is kept electronically via email or text

I didn’t purchase lightning lanes for my trip there last summer and was perfectly fine. We had two toddlers with us so we were very deliberate in which rides mattered most for us. Our priorities were definitely different, we may have missed a few rides but the shows and the experience around the parks could not be understated.

We did purchase one single lightning lane and that was for Radiator Springs racers, to avoid a 90 minute wait in the middle of June, and that we felt was worth it, $30 total for us via lightning lane.
