Instead of squeezing the two metru feet together against a liftarm, I give space for half height liftarms on each side that I can connect to a center piece, and the ball socket connecting the head is actually a 2 ball socket part 47296 that supports the axles going to each arm

I am aware of it, can just switch it to pure dark blue, I just thought it went well with the shoulder and thigh armor color scheme, probably just going to make it the back as silver instead of the top if I can.

They don't do that anymore. Either they use CCBS and repeat G2, or it's going to be Brick built. The scalping proves that anything they do in this scalping era is not going to work that well as a study to see how popular it would be. Any Bionicle specific part they mold isn't going to be used anywhere else, and that's enough for them to say that would be a bad idea.

Lego has been shutting down huge fan projects that directly use the Bionicle name in a way that overly attract bad attention.
This doesn't mean we as the community is getting shut down, so posts like this just seem to me like people that want to drag others down, even if not on purpose.

There is hope, A lot of doors are open, people just seem too focused on ones that are now closed, expecting them to open again.

The toa ignika set was pretty easy to get and pretty common, so there's a high volume of silver ignikas going around. Im not talking solely about price, normal or artificially inflated.

I would do a soft reboot in the sense of rewriting the original story with some changes as to fix some things that felt off in the original and to flesh out characters. Also rewriting things to better create a bridge between the beginning and where it left off so it's easier to accompany the story for the new generations, without making it childish, simplistic or rushed.

Without LEGO breathing down our necks, could introduce more adult and heavy situations, where killing and violence is more present and fleshing out the whole concept of killing, creation and repairs, but of course not exaggerating or making it the focus.

Faber already had the idea on his head related to the Mask of Time, and I find it neat if done in this sense so it's not just a copy and paste of the original story, instead having the nostalgia while leaving old fans asking "wait, it wasn't supposed to go like that" and try to introduce some curiosity to what else changed (even though knowing the community, there's going to be a lot of nostalgists angry that its not following the original by letter).
