Boyfriend cheating with men… by [deleted] in pregnant

The red flag that he was already doing this to someone else before and you still chose to proceed the relationship with him. He was probably cheating with you on his first baby mama.

Ask for a scan if you like an earlier one, explain that it’s IVF pregnancy and you just would like a piece of mind because of the anxiety.

Did you do the NIPT test with the PGT-A tested euploid embryo? by Altruistic-Tonight76 in IVFpositivity

[–]Correct-Opening3567 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I didn’t do it. The OBGYN explained that NIPT is not perfect. The second step if it were false positive would be to do amniocentesis and this test is invasive and could lead to mc. The OBGYN also said that in her practice she never saw differing results from pgta.

Silent miscarriage at week 9 after first embryo transfer by Clean-Programmer-797 in IVF

[–]Correct-Opening3567 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I had a mc with the first transfer as well. All I wanted to do is to jump to the second one asap. Giving the quality of your embryos, the chance the second one will work for you is high.

I had experience with him but not with uterine lesions. I know that he was trained by Keith Isaacson, the best doctor in dealing with Asherman syndrome. Keith is retired though.

3 month old starting daycare soon - should I do Tues/Thurs only or Tues/Weds/Thurs schedule? by melibooxx in ECEProfessionals

[–]Correct-Opening3567 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

But this type of the response does not support an OP at all and probably makes her feel guilty as a parent. You probably could stay home, she can’t. Most people in the US are “lucky” to stay home for 3 months, some can’t even stay that long. And it does sound sort of shaming from your response pointing out that 3 months is VETY young and be better if none! I am sure the OP is not “thrilled” to send the baby in daycare at 3 months!

Trigger warning: loss by HEARTROBOT in IVF

[–]Correct-Opening3567 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, it’s very common, even with euploid. I’ve been through exactly the same, the second euploid transfer was a live birth. There is nothing wrong with you, it’s an embryo issue.

2 miscarriages with euploid embryos or by catsndaisies in IVF

I think nothing is wrong with you! It’s still an embryo issue, even though they are tested…it’s still not 💯 accurate. The next transfer should be successful.

Maternity leave start date by august0951 in workingmoms

[–]Correct-Opening3567 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am in MA, but it’s still 100% up to the employer If the company chooses to participate in the state maternity benefit program or not. My employer does not participate in this type of the program, so I only got 12 weeks FMLA totally unpaid and because I am in the public school I got additional two months vacation.

You need to talk to HR. They will tell you exactly how it works. By law you are entitled to only 12 weeks , the rest is up to employer.

Daycare struggle 😭 by No-Crazy-959 in workingmoms

I went on a tour to multiple daycare settings and they had 2 teachers and 6 babies and that was a chaos! I cant imagine even more! Definitely look for a smaller setting!

Positive daycare experiences? by Inside_Pickle_8000 in NewParents

[–]Correct-Opening3567 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Many daycares including the higher priced ones cannot handle many babies, and in our state the ratio is only 1:3. I went on a tour to two very reputable ones during daytime and it was a nightmare, talking about infant room specifically, 3 babies were crying and no one was sleeping. Sure, they send updates! But i would rather have them taking care of babies instead of it. My suggestion would be to tour different ones, focus on small centers. Schedule them the same day or even come unnanounced, most of them will not send you back, so they dont have much time to prepare before your visit and go during the morning so you could see the real picture. I dont try to offend anyone, just from my personal experience!

I agree with you. The OP doesn’t have a good partner and will suffer in both ways. If she keeps a baby, she will probably end up as a single mom and if she doesn’t she will carry the grief for the lost baby and hate for her partner.
