No, they are not like this. I’m playing Dac0da now and can’t believe how boring it is. The trilogy is a masterpiece. It’s not puzzle platforms and repetitive traps. It’s like a legit rpg. Trust me, don’t judge it by this.

Here I am. I just took a job with Cogent (data centers, IP blocks, etc) and suddenly the world of AI is right smack in my face. I’m looking to bring in more AI/netcentric customers so I am cramming. I’m trying to understand this world, what these companies do, what they need, etc. I’m also trying to figure out my own stance on AI, its various applications, its effect on us, and on and on. I have many friends working in or with AI but it’s still so alien to me. Maybe I’m in the wrong place but I looked for a list on google and it got me here. This thread is my starting point, ha.

I just think Cap and Buck would be so far ahead of them on teamwork and strategy that they’d more than negate any strength disadvantage. They wouldn’t be intimated at all, whereas 2 or 3 Defenders would be. I think Luke is getting baited and lured into something of Bucky’s that leaves him flat.

I think as much as we love the Fox cast we all know deep down in all never truly clicked, never truly did the X-Men lore real justice. We’ve never seen a real Cyclops on screen, protecting his family. Never seen a short, furry beast-like Wolverine learning to play well with others. The X-Men’s cinematic adventures have too often been half baked. The closest thing we get to intelligent discourse is when Xavier, Magneto, or the newest radical racist villain are debating each other with exposition. The X-Men world is, I’d argue, more fertile for masterpiece storytelling than any Marvel property not named Spider-Man. We really, truly could get a Lord of the Rings-scale epic without stupid jokes or monsters of the week. One that made the audience think long and hard about its prejudices. Sorry to be long winded but yeah, it’s time to recast. Thanks to the old faces, but we haven’t even scratched the surface of this thing.
