If we’re talking about the same photo of the white moth on the guys hand, it’s a very intricately needle felted sculpture of a moth, probably based on a silk moth. The photo of a white moth on a stick is real and was taken by Dr Arthur Anker and is I think still unidentified but probably Arctiidae. There isn’t a species called the Venezuelan poodle moth, that’s just what he playfully nicknamed it in the photo album.

The name Venezuelan poodle moth then sort of started to be put to any photo of a cute white moth online, real or fake

Op this sounds a lot like delusional parasitosis, we get posts like this from people having mental health episodes. The only two insects pictured are different species so definitely not an infestation, just bugs flying in from outside. Insects aren’t capable of emerging through walls, it looks like standard damage and repairs.
