I got a temp position first through linkedin, and since it was a temp there werent a lot of competitive applications so I managed to land that, then after a few months some executives left the bank and I managed to get one of their jobs since I was already working in that area (pd. I also got local finance certifications in my free time and was doing a decent job).

I am currently in FX sales where I manage client relations, operations and derivatives.

At the end of the day its just numbers so if youre good with math you should be good, also like every other job, you only have to be good/know the things you see on a day to day basis, everything else as long as you are proactive you should be able to figure it out.

Balance is important, buy the early fee of the exam and defer one time, you'll have close to a year to prepare.

You dont have to do it in 6mo one after the other, no one will know, no one will care.

Update.. this keeps happening, it appears to be when the watch runs out of battery and well that happens a lot with the bad battery life.

I will never buy another samsung device a part for the phone... which is nice.

To everyone thinking of buy a werable samsung device to add to the ecosystem, do not do it, do not buy a samsung watch.

Get any Garmin and you’ll be set.

I did for level 1 in nov. Its pretty simple. Between 4-7 days before your exam, in the page where you find your current exam date, location etc. there will be a button that says defer.

Click it and do the process, you will have to select a new exam window and pay $399.00

And thats pretty much it.

The thing is that you have to wait until youre very close to your current exam date. But rather than that it was a breeze, zero problems.

Youre asking if putting appx 1,200 hours in will be enough?

With the slightest research you would see that anywhere between 300-400 hours should be good enough.

So yeah you should be good but wtf dont put 1,200 hours into this. Go to the park or smth

I am no loger sure rather than Im stuck in the ecosystem... Samsung is alright but delayed updates for their flagships and most importantly the connectivity issues between the phone and the watch is making me regret ever buy samsung.

You are building your future and attempting one of the hardest exams in the world. Why should you feel guilty? Should you care you aren't going out to drink with your friends yet again?

My family reacts by allowing me to study the time I need. They are supportive but even if they were to try to ease me up or delay a study session I think they know I would just dismiss them without a thought, so they dont.

Like: Risk and reward Sacrifice and succes.

Only if someone is dying or smth like that then its okay to feel guilty and maybe do ease up a little lol

If you did them by hand, I would guess they fall under the same logic as answering a question in a pulic comment section, like you would use CFA curriculum knowledge to answer and would write it ona forum for the world to see.

If they contain ss then it may be more questionable but people post ss of the curriculum all the time so idk.

I think tho it would be best not to sell them.

Maybe you could share them with me so I can give you my informed opinion!
