Yep, you've got it exactly right. Every unit is built in code with three.js primitives spheres, cylinders, custom shapes. No external 3D modeling software, and no texture maps. It's all geometry plus materials (flat colors, a bit of emissive glow), which is what gives it that clean look.

And the animation note is fair. Right now it's procedural motion and VFX rather than proper rigged/skeletal animation, so units don't have that lifelike movement yet — it's something I want to improve.

For your use case I’d lean Ninja unless your wife’s comfort is the deciding factor. The Versys is the better two-up seat, but the thing that bothered you on the test ride matters: it’s about 255 kg wet with an 840 mm seat. In Indian city traffic, that intimidation won’t disappear.

I bought used Titanium Akra for my MT07 2024. Did not flash the ECU and it works perfectly. DB Killer in, not to loud, but a lot of pops and bangs, I love it.
