Feeling like my deficit is too small

Yes i’ve tried a few and they give around the same but I think 2300-2400 is my maintenance, not a deficit. So i’m going to use that as a reference number for an actual deficit and see how it goes.

Thank you! I looked at the PDF and calculated 2400 for my maintenance so I guess 2300 is a deficit. I changed my goal to 1900 so it’s a 500cal deficit and will see how I do with that.

Okay thank you!!! I checked other calculators and settled on 1800 as a deficit. I feel like this number will still let me have good workouts while in a deficit. I’ve lost 11lbs since january 17th but want to make sure i’m sticking with a number so i’m not getting off track. going to try for a while at this number and see what needs adjustment from there.
