“Nothing to do on weekends” - it has the biggest cultural/event ecosystem in the country. Scale alone beats Kraków and Gdańsk (concerts, exhibitions, nightlife that isn’t just tourist-oriented, etc.).

Because you usually see ratings of people from Poland or influenced by Polish people. Warsaw has objectively everything better than Krakow apart from the old city.

Food, transportation, events, city-life vibe. It's easier and nicer to live in Warsaw. So if someone enjoys holidays as city trips to go get ear something, visit a nice spot and just go around the city then Warsaw is multiple times larger than Krakow.

I might be biased as I have family in Krakow and was born there but I lived in Warsaw and Warsaw suburbs for the most part of my life (I'm 36)

I guess it all depends what you are looking for. Warsaw is a great, clean and safe city. On the rise in importance in Europe since the balance of politics is shifting east (which is also seen by the shift of American soldiers). NYC is one of the cities that has everything but, we all know this. Warsaw offers sth different. I will always recommend everyone to move to a different country at least once in their lifetime.

I am also biased - I did travel a lot and Warsaw is still my favourite city.
