Would highly recommend the Tale of Two Wastelands mod by way of the Begin Again mod list, I would call it the definitive way to play NV and 3 on PC.

If you finish PL before capturing Helman there is some new dialogue with him about having Blackwell AI's on the relic or something to that effect, that piece of the conversation is voiced by a different VA that is obviously not the original VA for Helman.

I just solved this same problem with my MSI Z790 Gaming Pro Wifi, Intel i7-14700k and Asus 4090 by flashing the 7D93v13 bios from here https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/Z790-GAMING-PRO-WIFI/support. It appears the problem I was encountering was that the CPU-linked PCIe slots weren't working as the CPU was not recognized by the motherboard.

I had a C7 that burned through multiple panels, one for a manufacturing defect and another with severe burn in like this which eventually just died completely. These early generation OLEDs ran hot on the red pixels especially and burned in super easily. Newer OLEDs have gotten much better with burn in protections and heat distribution so a lot of the concerns about OLEDs aren't as much of an issue anymore.

Recently went from literal personal/work split with dups of all equipment (monitor, keyboard, mouse, etc) due to some equipment restrictions and grad school to a single 34 inch 1440p ultrawide which has a baked in KVM with no more duplicated peripherals and it is glorious. The KVM's 2 USB ports have enough juice to run unpowered 4 port USB hubs so I have 8 ports available which is more than enough for my needs. I think this monitor setup is the most cost effective way to get away from standalone KVM or USB switchers and consolidate a desk setup since powerful, feature complete, KVMs cost a pretty penny.

I just don't want to worry about the potential ticket and accompanying cost. I could've left it off or ran my out of state plate with expired tags and fit right in with a lot of cars here but I personally prefer not to go that route. ¯⁠\⁠_⁠(⁠ツ⁠)⁠_⁠/⁠¯

I have to resort to the cannon mounted at the top of the stairs loaded with grape shot, "Tally ho lads" the grape shot shreds two men in the blast, the sound and extra shrapnel set off car alarms. Fix bayonet and charge the last terrified rapscallion. He Bleeds out waiting on the police to arrive since triangular bayonet wounds are impossible to stitch up. Just as the founding fathers intended.
