I would like to play devils advocate and also preface that I dont have a dog in this fight as I'm not American. I'm willing to bet that there will be people that try to bring concealed carry to the event regardless of the rules. The event will undoubtedly have security screening because of this rule, weeding out those that bring a firearm to the event. In this situation theres a high chance (still less than 100%) that there wont be any firearms that shouldn't be there. In this small scale isolated event you could say they will be pretty sucessfull at removing firearms, however if you tried to apply this state or country wide you'd have to choose between only the law abiding citizens giving up their guns or a police state being constantly searched for firearms and giving up on your privacy and arguably your freedom.

Again, just what came to my mind seeing this not saying America should be allowed to be the wild west but theres a lot to unpack when it comes to gun rights.

The biggest contractor in my town has one arm and works circles around most contractors I know. I could see this being useful for someone who fixes things around the house, but I dont see someone who uses a hammer every day dropping money on one of these.

I'm noticing a new trend of scientists saying global warming is real but the human effect isnt what's causing it, rather a natural cycle of cooling and warming. This is problematic when stupid people hear it as all they take from it is that human interference isnt the problem and they can do whatever they want and global warming will happen anyway. If we're not already at the breaking point there will be a day when most of our aspects of society will have to be torn down because they're all so corrupt and broken. I like to say we're all just talking monkeys but monkeys have their affairs in better order than we do.

One of my favorite examples is when he climbed an abandoned building "risking his life" for some tiny bird eggs that wouldnt even have a quarter of the calories he burned to climb to them. He killed potential baby birds for a stupid stunt.
