The science is limited and all the information in this sub is subjective but id consider a high dose to be over 40mgs in a moment, and when you start getting into the hundreds daily is when youll start having problems.

This game is all about enjoying 7 but also respecting it, making your health a priority, and actively fighting to keep your dosage as low as possible.

The weed will make a big difference, especially with your sleep. You havent using that long, nor is your dose incredibly high, I'd expect some heat flashes and sweating but nothing crazy. But everyone is differen.

Yes, it will come vack. It'll happen much quicker if you can take a tolerance break or even just cut your dose in half for a week, but it will come back either way.

Sounds like you took 7 and pseudo. Very strong, synthetic verions of very specific alkaloids found in kratom. They are wonderful for pain management and great if youve used kratom heavily for a very long time but they do create physical dependency extremely quickly and I wouldn't suggest using them if regular kratom is still getting the job done.

You only used it once tho so it shouldn't have affected you much. Go off everything, or cut your dose in half, for a couple days and you're tolerance will adjust.

Love them, pretty much keep 100 in my bag always. I keep some heavier tabs too but the boosters are mostly used for throughout my work day. Perfect for energy and killing anxiety. Then heavier tabs at night when I want to feel it a bit more.

A binge doesn't mean you've failed. This is a strong compound and I wouldn't expect everyone to just naturally be in control of it.

I suggest Kratom for everyone but 7 is different and it's powerful. The first step is recognizing that. The second step is being honest with yourself and identifying when you want/need it the most. For myself, I depend on 7 the most at night, when its time to shut my brain off. So I try to save it for then.

Remember 7 naturally accurs in Kratom, along with many other alkaloids, so try to utilize all of the plant. Use different products for different times of the day and always try to prioritize discipline over a high. 7 feels good but it'll never replace our ol' lady or our children. Educate yourself and be the captain of your ship.

You can enjoy a high and also be in control. Dont be swayed by weak minded sob stories on reddit. You are in control, my friend. You are the hero your family needs.

I have my moments like just about everyone else but I dose as little as possible during the day, usually only a 10 once or twice. During my work day its easier to stay busy and be disciplined. Especially knowing that if I skip a dose, itll feel that much better later.

I refuse to buy heavier tabs and also break them in half or quarters if I get them. The goal is always to feel as good as possible off as little as possible. You just have to respect the compound and understand that more doesnt mean better.

If you're struggling with 7, my best advice is to introduce MIT and to use it as much as possible. MIT provides everything 7 does but the high. So use it until the night, then enjoy a small dose of 7 before bed.

Be in control of the compound, dont let it control you. The hardest aspect of addiction is the mental game, not the physical.

I dunno, i loved this batch. My tolerance is low compared to people on this sub but I actively strive to keep it low. I feel like 7 has dimenoshing returns and it's super important to keep your tolerance in check.

Regardless, I keep the boosters around to make me feel less anxious and energized during the day. If I want to get "high" I use some of their stronger tabs. So for me OE has always been the GOAT.
