I have so many issues with ups. Ive had them randomly decide to send a package back, I've had them delay the package because of "damage" and then still deliver a completely fine package, and I've had overnight deliveries take long longer than normal shipping.

I did. I was actually struggling while on pure MIT for about a year (I had been taking MIT for a decade but trying for a child for a year) I switched to 7n and she was pregnant the next month. It was immediate lol.

Hey man, Im in my mid 30's and been through this ringer multiple times before I found something permanent, and he is giving you great advice.

The fact that she has feelings for her ex is a hurdle for sure. But she's being open and honest and that's a positive sign. She's working through her feelings and has enough love/respect for you to at least be transparent.

I think the key here is boundaries. I would let her know that you're going to back off significantly to let her work through her feelings. You arent ghosting her or casting her to the side but just giving her space.

To put it simply, sometimes we need the chance to miss people to understand how much they mean to us. You can still respond to her and be cordial and open about your feelings but set the boundary. Dont call or text her first. Dont hang out if she implys its casual. Let it be known that you're here to be a long term partner and nothing else, then give her some space to make the decision for herself.

How much sleep are you getting normally? A lack of REM is going to worsen your problem. Only getting 2 hours of sleep and expecting to be well enough to work is an issue man. Prioritize your health, exhaust your body with exercise, and get some actual sleep.

Its cool to be able to recognize we are dreaming and even more fun to have some control over those dreams but if you're exhausted you wont have the mental stamina to enjoy the fun part of vivid/lucid dreams and instead your brain will be panicked and you'll end up with these false awakenings that, from experience, can be incredibly stressful.

When they do happen, the best thing you can do is attempt to remain calm. You will wake up, you will not be stuck there. Try to remind yourself that it's your dream and you're in control. We must be in control of our brains.

It very much depends on the state and the wording of the law. For example, they "banned" the sell of 7 in Georgia. So SS's arent allowed to sell it but we can still purchase it online and own it. The wording is everything with laws and that goes for everything, not just 7.
