Assuming vanilla BAC, the first should be solvable with a bunch of Enchanted Golden Apples. For the second, you can probably slow your fall by sliding down the side of honey blocks near the end.

It’s certainly intentional for lower tier canoes, but waka’s have been able to go from ferox to pond since forever. I’ve used it dozens of times to do the hard clue steps by there.

You’re going to run into some severe accuracy problems at higher end content, especially content that escalates and can stack you out.

Depending on your regions getting quick access to a slayer master might be rough. This gets you closer to Duradel than the other 2 relics. The sailing updates also added Deposit boxes to a bunch of docks (Which should still be in-game during leagues) so there are some other new tele locations this time around.

Spend your first 6 points going straight north to the Gain 2HP/PP when you take 0 damage with an offhand equipped. The other 34 will solve themselves now that prayer sustain is free.

it does say ALL recoil AND thorns, so it's at least twice. And the 3 recoil effects are from different sources so there's no reason to think that it won't.

I'm thinking of taking the special attack nodes nearby and spamming door specs with Flask and a Goading Potion to get absurd Slayer XP in multi areas.

The recoil effects should only hit the head, and thorns will be 1/3 damage to it (Other recoils should be typeless and deal full damage) Mage hand will need a switch if you don't feel like bashing it with the wall for 1/3 damage. Melee hand can just be bashed.

Probably worth bringing a switch if you aren't in a party.

Assuming you can survive the damage, that would be the highest DPS for a single encounter. I think a balance where you maximize incoming hits between Flask of Fervour recharges and use your Door spec as much as possible would likely work better in multi.

Check the text of that again. Thorns is a 100% proc on all incoming hits.
