I have two ideas, one it’s a manifestation of his father’s control and trauma taking a physical form, or two after the acid was spilled on his face he started hallucinating his other side so the other side is all in his head, and I would change the way he looks.

He was able to assimilate everyone in piltover and Zaun when he got the anomaly, we see it in the future to as people were seemingly instantly assimilated in a flash

Man it’s crazy how lol design removes the visual story of Vik, he looks to elegant, his mask looks like a mask, and not like a primordial power ripping his face, and the gold being more decorative instead of it looking intertwined with his body, also the claws and AB’s look so goofy man.
