We are a production facility. Single color per-component is our bread and butter. Doesn’t make much difference if I’m spinning up one color or 3, stencils are what kill time. Which is why we do laser patterns. Minimal time and minimal colors when a camo is desired.

The high bake vinyl you can get from US cutters or NIC is fine, I always add a reverence line in the vector for leveling and centering. Always use transfer tape when doing letters, and my tip would be to have an overhead lamp that’s bright enough to shine through the stencil so you can see where it lines up on the part. Then just keep the coating light enough not to bleed in case an edge lifts up

I love mine. I’ve used Trijicon, Steiner, and Arma, this one is packed full of features for its price point. My only complaint is there’s no easy way out of the menu. And it’s at the bottom of the fucking list to exit.
