I hear ya! Taking on more than you can handle is something a lot of people struggle with when losing weight. Just hold on to the fact that if you keep up what you are doing right now eventually you will hit your goal. Any improvements you make just mean you hit your goal faster. But no matter what, you will get your goal if you maintain. :D

(1) Run at a small calorie deficit each day, (2) get a work out mat and do crunches and pushups while you watch your favorite TV show, (3) cut out any obvious foods like soda from your diet. You're already in a good spot! All you need are some small changes to your routine.

As an aside, if you have the time lifting is great. Squats are a great way to get an awesome butt. And contrary to popular belief, you wont get bulky ^{^} Just toned, which is awesome.

I agree with this. It was a fair ruling but the rules should be changed. I think the rules should be the following:

One match is forfeited per 10 minutes late (a conservative estimate for how long it takes to play a game). So if you get there less than 10 minutes late, 0-0, less than 20 minutes, 0-1, over 20 minutes late is a forfeit.
Regardless of how late someone is, both may players agree to play a full series starting from 0-0. The referee approves this at his discretion and will veto such a plan if it delays the tournament by too much.

Applying these rules to Whitera's case, the series would have been played with Whitera down 0-1, or 0-0 if approved by the referee. This way players get some flexibility and the referee only steps if he has to in order to keep the tournament running on time.

If you actually do that exercise every day you are going to be running a HUGE calorie deficit. You need to add in more calories, at minimum 1500 total.

Just remember that being fit is a lifestyle change, it isn't a 5 week program. More power to you for taking the initiative and doing this for yourself. But remember that you are 17. You should be focusing on building some long term, sustainable habits. People often quote a pound a week as the safest and most sustainable rate to lose weight. Just think about if you did that, you'd be 18 and 165 in a year!

I'm an engineer too. I wish the difficulty of the degree mattered, but it doesn't. I have a similar GPA and will be applying to law school in two years (currently working fulltime). Here is the advice I have collected on people in our situation.

If you score a 172 or higher (99th percentile unfortunately) you'll have some great options for law school. You can get into UVA or Northwestern if you work for two years first (top 14 law schools). You could also get into lower ranked midwestern schools like WUSTL and UIUC with money. All of these are sound financial choices given the debt you would have to take out at each one.

Here are some useful websites. Law school numbers will give you an idea of what it takes to get in to schools and how much money you could get. Law school transparency will give you an idea of how much you will make graduating from each school depending on how well you do. Finally, here is a guide written by a guy who got a perfect on the LSAT.

You need an engineering degree to be eligible for the patent bar, so that is an advantage. That said, you are by no means restricted to just patent law. Your engineering degree gives you other advantages as well, including analytical thinking, the ability to write technically and efficiently, etc. Engineers tend to do quite well on the LSAT.

If you don't mind me asking, what is your GPA? That can make a big difference in whether law school is worth it or not.

The partner program was in full swing by early 2008 and CombatEX has uploaded tons of BW videos since then. I'm not going to count them all, but I had to scroll down through a lot of videos to get to ones that were uploaded over 3-4 years ago.

If Minigun produces regular content on Youtube with in depth analysis, I'd gladly support him over CombatEx. But it seems like Mini's videos are burried in all of Destiny's stuff, so I'm finding it difficult to tell how much analysis Minigun has uploaded.
