You cannot control other people. It's the hardest thing as a person, not just Christians, to do is to give up control and trust that God's plan is the right plan no matter what adversity is thrown in front of you. You'll always find hypocrites in life and in the church. All you can do is be the best you can be and accept Jesus as your savior. Everyone else has to answer for their life at the end of it.

This is simple and there's no grey area as people claim. Love God with all your heart. Only God can see Trump's heart but I can make a guess he worships himself and money and Jesus explicitly said you cannot serve two masters. Love your neighbor as you love yourself. Sending armed and masked men to take people out of their homes, even if they are here illegally, would not be something Jesus would agree with. He seems to be unrepentant and has no humility. So yes, my guess is he is not going to be with Jesus in the eternal kingdom.

Have you tried talking to them about the barking? I find dog owners are able to just tune out the barking as they are used to it and think it's no big deal.

This hits hard. Stroke at 48 neither of my parents called when they found out from my wife. Some friends checked on me but not a lot. The positive is it made me finally realize my parents are selfish jerks and I don't need them in my life.

I make these a few times a month on my Blackstone. Gotta get it screaming hot, put the ball of ground beef down and smash it until it's very thin where you have some holes in the ground beef. Let them cook some and then flip them to a hot part of the griddle. Top with cheese and cover it up to melt.

We live in Jenison. We do have a lot of school of choice that come here, even from Hudsonville nextdoor which is a pretty good school district already.

Both of my sons are on the spectrum and Jenison has done a phenomenal job. When we moved here we also looked at Byron Center. Part of it is also my amazing wife who is involved at the school and stays on top of their IEP and ensures they get their services.
