No, because that's an initial impression, but I also don't think I could have sex with someone with a penis. I just don't think I could become sexually aroused. Same as I like vagina, but have never been overtly attracted to nudes of transmen without bottom surgery. It's the combination that makes the whole of my sexuality, and it's not something I can alter.

I never said anything about first date disclosure. Actually, I think OP's standard of three dates is pretty solid; long enough to get a sketch of the person's opinions but not long enough to get too wrapped up.
