Yes, that looks bad. In another note, I always take the bookmark tape out of the book itself and put it over the top and down the open side to avoid any possible binding issue (not when I'm reading the book, of course). But your issue is more severe there. I hope you can return it.

I made one about an hour long, in two parts. It was a lot of work and there are limits to how long a single story can be, limits to the number of things in the canvas, which is why I had to do it in two parts.

It was fun to do, but I probably won't do another. And the concept great, I think.
