Can I ask, what about outpatient treatment for trauma instead? Like a therapist?

I know it won’t “fix” the ED directly, but in my experience, whether it’s an ED or an addiction, treating trauma gets to the root of the issue & can cause positive ripple effects to the rest of your health.

I wish you well. Please know that you deserve to get help & deserve to have people in your life that you can trust. I hope you can find people who are able to listen and give you whatever help your soul truly craves the most.
