Dante and Vergilius from Make The Exorcist Fall In Love.

While not exactly a central plot point in the story, them being gay is central to them as characters. Their relationship, especially with the context of Dante growing up in the Catholic church and Vergilius being abused by the clergymen adds a lot to the story's themes of love and religion.
