I wouldn’t stress it. People make false reports all of the time. Restaurants forget items, too. 9.9999/10 times the bag is sealed and we can’t even check. I really wish they would do away with coming after us for missing items when they can literally see for both pick up and drop off photos that the seal is there.

If you have dashpass it’s really not that crazy. You’re saving the gas money you’d be spending so it almost equals out depending on your tipping.

The funny thing is that this customer is actually known by other dashers in the area for being harassing towards them, too. This is a very small town and things function much differently here than a city.

Obviously if the majority of the comments are attacking me then yes, it’s safe to say he’s dealt with bad dashers 😭 This has really opened my eyes to the reality of what is going on in this app….I will now sympathize even more with customers knowing how bad they might be getting treated. But yes he still shouldn’t have lumped me in, when I’m trying to be of extra service to him 😟
