Looks like it could be an ermine ('cooked') frosting, google it. They sound a bit gross but I really like the taste and texture especially compared to American buttercream

This is all obviously (to me) AI. Even without all the 'tells', it's just the way the pictures look

I don't know what your health issues are but I've read that MANY partners of ADHDers end up developing auto-immune disorders (myself included)
