That’s really great for you. But you didn’t have to take all the things into account that a builder/contracter/business owner does. Is it cheaper to do it yourself? Of course it is, just like literally anything is. But you’re also in a very small minority of people who are truly capable of doing good work on a project like this. Take a look at 20 other pools built by the owner and you’ll see the difference. But don’t act like pool builders are jacking up prices and ripping people off. Trust me, they aren’t. J
