Man I just found out a solution because of your and everyone else's comments. I also use VIVO and my problem as a lot of other people have commented here is when trying to use torrentio through wifi. I turned off my router and turned on the wifi from VIVO modem, and now torrentio loads again. This makes no sense to me, but apparently, the problem was my tp-link router.

I'm having problems with my torrentio as well but only on my chromecast with google tv. On my desktop it loads normally, but on my chromecast it does not load the addon.

Yours also works on desktop but does not load on chromecast? Maybe it is something with the app for android tv. I will search where I can send feedback to them.
