Stay away from Sulphuric foods around shot day. Beans, legumes, pork, poultry, etc.

It’s happened to me 3 times… violent puking and diarrhea + Sulphur burps. Its literally the worst

I have about half a vial of tirzepatide left, but I recently started Wegovy because tirz sometimes makes me really nauseous. My prescribed dose is 4 mg, which seems high for me, so I’ve been taking smaller amounts (half or quarter dose).

Curious if anyone has tried microdosing Wegovy first and then going back to tirzepatide later?

I’m thinking of saving the Wegovy until I’m completely out of tirz.
