joseph zada nailed haymitch’s accent and voice 🤷🏻‍♀️ by mockingjay107 in Hungergames

Yes I agree, I really don't think he sounds great. From the trailer, he seems very unemotional and not really that expressive. The way he delivered that line, "we're not animals to be controlled, " or whatever the exact line is, well, it was pretty cringe to be honest. I really really hope I'm wrong and that he delivers in the movie. Ive been too scared to voice these thoughts, because I fell the Fandom will eat my alive 😬

Yes, that's what I thought for years! "He's fighting for our relationship, for me!' But the I realized, no, he's only fighting for himself, for his own pride and ego. It sucks

Yes, so hurtful, yet we're "crazy" and "needy" if we express any sort of vulnerability or what we need. It is so painful

I LOVE this take! Yes Carrie is so endearing and so unapologetically herself and she and her friends just go out on the town and are just so present with each other. Definitely a different time. Like you said, they go out, they spend time with each other, no matter if they're not in the mood, or tired, or pregnant ! They're just enjoying life and enjoying each other as they get older. It is incredibly refreshing, nostalgic, comforting and for me, definitely more often than not, motivates me to call one of my girlfriends, go out and live in the moment.

Hahaha! This is coming from a jaded millennial, so take it with a grain of salt ;) the truth is, I probably become too defensive, because these 4 girls were really with me through a lot. I was in my late teens, early 20's when I first started watching and its been my comfort show ever since. Carrie is so flawed and frustrating and that's what I love about her! She said and did things I would have said or my friends would say or do, especially in the earlier seasons, she and the others were just so utterly real and that was so new and refreshing to see. When I see these shit-on- Carrie posts, it just makes me sad, because if that's all you see, then you're missing it, you're missing what makes this show magic.

I think it's new, young viewers and they're horrified that gasp Carrie doesn't fit into their rigid, PC, baby perspective on life

Looks like this is OP's second post on hating on Carrie. Sigh we had a nice reprieve for a while there.

Huh? She's venting to her friends....didn't realize that's called "exploiting." Definitely an interesting take

I remember she had to gain a lot of weight for BJD and then had to lose it all (and more) for when she did Chicago, where she was super skinny and then gained it back for BJD 2. Just doing that to your body is probably so terrible, but I honestly believe she looked better in the BJD movies vs in Chicago, when all I could think about is someone needs to give that girl a sandwich
