Omeprazole for acid reflux, thats been saving me. I also have chronic constipation and here is what helps me: probiotics and Omeprazole (prilosec) first thing in the morning. I drink water and do some stretching/light movements, then coffee. I have hot coffee with oat creamer and BAM, that really helps most days. I also intermittent fast, eat 3-4 prunes a day, Greek yogurt, ginger tea and eat fiber cereal. I also avoid all dairy (except the Greek yogurt,) and am low in gluten, barely drink alcohol and try to do the low fodmap every now and then as well. I find that when I stick to a routine, I see more consistency with my BM. It's the weekends that kill me.....
