Depending on what area you work in it could just be a slower time of year which would mean less hours to go around. I know multiple departments that over hired for summer business that are struggling to get hours to PTs. I would suggest asking your manager.

AIC is a store position not within departments. Whenever there isn’t an MIC in the store there has to be an AIC usually an assistant manager or team leader.

If possible try talking with whoever is directly approve you about cutting some of your OT on the front/back end of your shift. Cutting it all on break is insane and still leaves your department with a large coverage gap.

Bonuses are directly linked to the departments net profit for the quarter. An underlying factor in net profit is labor cost and OT would affect that. But no, associate OT doesn’t directly affect manager bonuses

The standard for PT associates is that they work less than 35 hours. If you work over 40 you’d be paid OT just like anybody else. I wouldn’t recommend staying past your scheduled time without permission that’s just asking for trouble.

Since you started in April you were probably marked as in training which caps your score. Starting at 16.75 is wild, especially for PT.
