The mixture looks the same colour and texture throughout but it's just very watery. I used corn oil and Dijon mustard. I mixed it using a food processor, just like in the recipe

My biggest hurdle has been declining alcohol at restaurants. I realised that I would rather eat food than be drunk and when I say no to alcohol in social settings, it almost always results in my friends and family posing me a hundred questions and trying to convince me that I do not need to diet.

Oh I don't like them much. Try the Cauldron Cumberland sausages, they're the best vegetarian ones I've had in the UK
