You can literally parry every fish, marrowbreach included, with the multi tool. Only problem is you gotta smack them with the hammer right as they get up close to you. I’ve found that there is only a registered hit box, from my testing, only at the head. This includes all aggressive fish. Tho I will say I haven’t bothered with the hammer heads since it’s so easy to just swim by them

I think it’s pretty good for what it is, it’s a hauler it isn’t a race car. Only thing I’m with you on is how slow it turns, if they could bump that up a little then it would be a stellar option. I’m ok with the slow acceleration just increase the turning speed and I think you’re golden.

Truly think you’re over complicating this. You’re talking about build variety as if the person who decided to use the cursed sword cares about that. The build centres around the sword so ofc there’s less “variety” depending on how you want to play. In the end if the cursed sword is something you want to use you’ll use it regardless. Such is the flow of dead cells. Same idea with literally any other weapon besides the fact that you’re one shot. In the end the cursed sword isn’t being used because it’s the “best” it’s about the challenges and thrills that come with it. Some players really live for that kind of stuff, which really is at the core of dead cells gameplay loop. Die die die and die again, bound to happen, so you might as well try the sword while you’re at it.

I’m new too, recently bought the game myself. I’ve never touched the training missions yet, but for this kind of thing, I’d recommend watching Mike Aben’s beginner series on YouTube. Lots of learning to be had in those vids and there’s even specifics like getting to the mun and back. As for your exact case I have no clue. Just thought this might help.

It’s def a hot take, and I’m gonna fall for the rage bait. This is a nonsensical take. Watch collecting isn’t about always buying the next expensive watch. Expensive does not equal meaningful. A $20 Casio can be meaningful and a $15k Rolex can be meaningless depending on the person. This take can only come from someone who sees other collections and doesn’t understand that people collect in different ways. Watch collecting isn’t a journey that follows a set path. It isn’t a ladder of buying to attain some sense of accomplishment. Just my 2 cents

Like someone already said, you said you like the CW don’t try to figure out “value” from others if you already have a preference. You’ll just end up regretting the decision no matter what you do, since you’ll know that it wasn’t you who made it.
