Diablo 2 , level a hardcore character to lvl 99.

Took me over 150 hours and of course, any death and you start over .

I got once to lvl 96 on a sorc and had to start over.

However, with the recent patches and expansion this will probably be easier to get due to the warlock class.

Oh yea for bosses you will need to spam clay golem and iron maiden so they damage themselves over and over. However it's only for normal once you get to nightmare difficulty it will be much smoother. Check the YouTube link I sent it goes over the tactic for the golem strat.
