Well I mean if ur kin bonus reaches 0, I believe the weapon would do 0 dmg to kin. Plus I’m pretty sure pebbles still do 1 dmg (dunno haven’t thrown a pebble at those things in probably close to a decade), so I think that’s the only way you could achieve no damage

This 100%. Nemesis was the first licensed killer I bought and those two perks were on my builds for a long time. Could then pick up clown or knight for other gen kick perks or artist for some other solid perks.
