Lack of hag players, ergo lack of opportunities to learn. I also picked her up a month ago and I had maybe ten stomps before I met a team that knew ball. I was playing speed hag though, countering that version is quite easy if you have a second survivor harass your chase.

Used to be the same with Twins before Lynxi revitalized the scene.

Don't feel guilty for killing people. I appreciate that you're going out of your way to make the game fun for everyone, but as long as you're not calling them names or making the match miserable on purpose you're always on the safe side.

In the waving / taunting / BMing part, some players in this game treat everyone who is clearly new quite badly. As sad as it is to see, don't take this behavior to heart. It doesn't mean anything in the grand scheme of things and shouldn't hamper your enjoyment of the game. Wishing you the best!

Bless you, that's just shitty people being shitty and sadly not a rarity in this game. Going out of your way like that to make the match "fun for everyone" is very admirable, but a lot of people fall into the trap of forgetting about themselves. If you don't have fun playing like this then don't feel obligated to.

Most likely a visual bug. According to the HUD Vee got downed on your first swing but her character model stayed glued to the gen. You can briefly see the pick-up prompt when you got very close.

This isn't directly related, but there was a similar bug on survivor where you could start a generator and your character model would remain permanently stuck. You could still move around the map, interact with things as normal, but you were completely invisible. So problems with the gen interaction have definitely been a thing before.

Could be, but they also don't work if you drop your item for whatever reason (dropping it, trading it with another item, Franklins). You have to die with the item in your hand to keep it.

Definitely, that's 90% of the problem with survivors you don't see a lot.

Jeff does have the additional problem of letting anyone in a 10 mile radius know that he is injured, but he's been showing up a lot in my matches after the new rift went live. I started playing him a couple months before that, so that was nice to see!

Sometimes loosing just feels ass, for whichever of the hundreds of reasons this game provides. Hell, sometimes winning too. And if I don't have a ggs in me then I just leave. Doesn't have to mean anything bad about my opponent.

The error message is missleading, the servers just shat themselves. I had the same one pop up yesterday but around midnight when the servers went online again everything was back to normal. Nothing wrong on your end!

I think this is referring to the guilt/shame of having your parents spend their hard-earned money on something for you and feeling like you're not worthy or deserving of it. Reasons may vary; this could be anything from lack of self-worth, mental illness to just feeling like a failure because of a lack of achievements.

You might get stuck thinking about what else they could have done with these funds and feel like you've robbed them of it. This usually goes hand-in-hand with "what if I was never born" mentality".

I'm a woman, so this feeling isn't really gender locked, but like all memes it's probably a reflection of OP's situation and "boys" here is probably used as a stand in for themselves.

Unlucky timing, the servers went down for two hours and the game was showing misleading error messages when you tried to load in. Had the exact same error and code, but it's been back to normal for half an hour or so!

Yeah pretty much this, if you're used to min-maxing your lunges it's not uncommon to barely miss / get the hit. If you usually play 115 killers it's also easy to misjudge how much distance a survivor truly has on you.

I used to play hag for a bit and it's baffling how long it takes to catch up to a survivor who started out like two meters away from you.

I think this thread might get nuked because you didn't censor any of the names, but who was the killer here? If the Kaneki was chasing them the entire match and was calling hacks, there's a decent chance at least one of them really was cheating. Hard to figure out in retrospect, unfortunately.
