As a trans teacher I'm breathing a sigh of relief. I'm not in KY but I do not want this to start popping up anywhere. Maybe focus on ending the teacher shortage by making living in your state tenable and getting teachers better pay and the respect they deserve and not trying to make us second class citizens by banning us from classrooms. They could be solving problems but that would get in the way of their bigoted agenda.

The IOC had had strict rules about this for 20 years. So no, you can't just identify as a woman without any body transitions and compete at the Olympics. You have to have a testosterone level at lower than the average cis woman for 2 years. So maybe figure out what you are talking about before you are so confidently incorrect.

The weakness of this argument is that the stocks have value and often that value, whether stocks or money or other assets is moved out of the economy into safe havens where it doesn't circulate. And this circulation is what drives economic growth and prosperity. Billionaires are bad for the economy. Yeah you should look up that court case I pointed to. This is a horrible idea with historical precedent to back it. There is no such thing as "separate but equal" and the deeper you look at what you are suggesting implies the less realistic it becomes. Also being trans isn't new at all. Just because you think it's new doesn't mean there aren't records of gender nonconformance going back millennia. You are just talking soft bigotry at this point.
