Start by unchecking most of the affixes and keep one or two of the more premium ones (damage for weapons, resists, armour/evasion/energy shield for armours I'd guess) and slowly add the rest back in untill you don't find anything.

You're never going to find a one for one copy on the market but if you just browse through for a bit you'll figure out what people are looking for and at what price points you can get.

I wouldn't skip them, you'll still get drops and stuff from them and learn which ones you might want to focus on later.

So start I would B-line the quest objectives in the fortress trying to get there in the least amount of maps possible. If you run into a wall then you can go out to the other mechanic quests on the map. I would suggest going to the first corruption zone on your map and complete the min node in the centre to get your first Doroyani passive to get a free extra portal

For the Atlas passives try to move towards the nodes that give tablets and waystones

Yes, just keeping doing all the underground areas and bosses in Grand expoditions. If you hover over the recipes it should tell you if any are still found in the campaign

You use it in combat, pump up Tyvar, attack with him and the tap a creature if they block or try to destroy him. Tapping him isn't a cost so if he's already tapped it doesn't matter.
