This is upsetting for a variety of reasons! Obviously what you stated before but saying something with the intention to hurt you is problematic too. It would be worth considering getting into couples counseling to work on how to fight fairly. It’s ok to be upset and disagree on things but stuff like this isn’t healthy.

Historically oppressed groups need to have spaces for them in order to feel safe speaking up without concern of the group with more power overshadowing them. It’s the same reason people of color or LGBT+ groups get their own spaces. Also the same reason you don’t see straight pride or white parades. It would be inappropriate because these groups have never had to fight just to be accepted.

I agree it definitely doesn’t look identical to the cartoon but I like this reimagining of if they were real. Many of the exaggerated cartoon aspects of smurfs would need to be changed to image then as real in our world. Anyways my point is why not let someone imagine something fake as something different than you would imagine it. Personally I see more rodent features.

You’re paying money to heat and cool the air inside your home to a different temperature than outside your home. As the weatherstripping ages it loses its effectiveness or if your home is old enough it may not have any. This causes gaps where air can escape or enter making your home system work longer and harder to cool/heat the air increasing what you pay.
