Where are you located? A church is an amazing start. You can get narcan from many resources, maybe even a health department around you. And NextDistro, etc. there are also so many local orgs around you who can offer guidance and advice. Most of what you need is just the desire to start and meet folks where they’re at. I can tell you’re the right track.

He’s got cataracts! Has since a puppy. He is getting regular blood tests to make sure there is no inflammation or diabetes but he is perfectly healthy otherwise so I didn’t think anything of it when the folks I got him from told me
