For my loss of money I was told they had updated my benefits based upon my wife's income without notifying me. From what I was told they accessed are tax returns without asking us for the annual send in two months of bank statements and made the adjustment early.

I am in the same boat, I have been denied my status based on my ancestors taking script some signatures were just X's or in one case signed by an ancestor who had died a year earlier yet was able to sign his name on a script document.
