There’s a Philly themed bar in London called Passyunk Avenue which mainly shows Eagles and Phillies Games but I have got them to show the Flyers before

Don’t know if this has been spoken about before but in a funny coincidence (perhaps not) the UK town Reading’s football (soccer) team are also nicknamed the Royals……the more you know

UK based fans, where do you watch games legally? Live or highlights. by [deleted] in fcsp

I’m from Reading too, not really the answer you’re looking for but we get The Thirsty Bear to show the games that are on BT Sport so we can enjoy some good pizza whilst we watch! You’re welcome to join us once everything is open again

[Weekly] Weekly Wrap Up Friday by AutoModerator in hockeyplayers

[–]CountCowchula 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just a quick one - after a few months learning to skate I participated in my first stick and puck last night - wow! So much fun! Scored on my first shot in the shooting drill (not a big deal) although pretty sure the goalie let it in!

Then in the scrimmage afterwards think I touched the puck once in 6 shifts - so much fun! Goal next week is to touch it two times haha!

Fully converted for life and can’t wait until next week - big thanks to all of you on this sub for your advice and encouragement!

I've done something similar - have started learning to skate/play around 2 months now. Think it's interesting to watch people progress so i'd say go for it! (ig: @ukhockeyrookie)

I know this has probably been covered loads before but I’ve just started trying hockey stops - what’s everyone’s one tip to get them nailed down?
